His bakery regularly contributes to more than 26 local nonprofits, supporting community-driven initiatives. One time his bakery efforts literally saved a life.
In 2021, Manolo’s Bakery was honored with the World Bread Hero USA Award for its dedication to social impact by IBIE International Baking Industry Exposition.
